Summertime Cocktail Class

Join Emily and Allison for an interactive afternoon of shaking, sipping, and savoring at Sip's Summer Cocktail Class on Saturday, July 18, from 3:00–5:00 PM. Each guest will have their own cocktail station complete with all the ingredients needed as we guide you step-by-step through crafting three seasonal cocktails, each thoughtfully paired with a delicious bite from our kitchen. Whether you're a seasoned home bartender or simply love a great cocktail, you'll leave with new skills, plenty of inspiration, and a few new favorite recipes.

Cocktail: Spanish Gin & Tonic

Pairing: Pan con Tomate + Ibérico Ham

Cocktail: Peach Basil Smash

Pairing: Whipped Goat Cheese Crostini with Hot Honey & Peaches

Cocktail: Cucumber Elderflower Spritz

Pairing: Mini Crab Cakes with Lemon Aioli

Tickets are $60 per person and include all three cocktails, food pairings, a cocktail shaker, and recipe cards to take home so you can recreate the experience long after the class ends. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early!
