Join us for an intimate Ice Cream & Whiskey Tasting in our second-floor Speakeasy—where indulgence meets craftsmanship. With only 14 seats available, this exclusive experience is designed for those who appreciate bold flavors, thoughtful pairings, and a little something different.
Our featured ice cream comes from Mitchell’s Ice Cream, handcrafted in small batches using local dairy and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Each flavor is thoughtfully paired with a premium whiskey to elevate and surprise your palate.
Tasting Pairings Include:
• Caramel Sea Salt Ice Cream paired with Michter’s Whiskey
• Caramelized Chocolate Ice Cream paired with Russell’s Reserve Private Barrel Selection
• Blackberry Raspberry Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream paired with Noah’s Mill Bourbon
• Banana Crème Pie Ice Cream paired with The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14-Year-Old

About the Spirits:
Michter’s Whiskey is known for its meticulous blending and smooth, approachable profile—perfect for both newcomers and seasoned whiskey lovers. (45.7% ABV)
Our Russell’s Reserve Private Barrel Bourbon was hand-selected by our Speakeasy team in collaboration with Wild Turkey & Cleveland Bourbon Co-op partners. This exclusive selection offers rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. Distilled January 3, 2017 and bottled September 12, 2025 at 110 proof (55% ABV).
Noah’s Mill Bourbon, produced by the Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, is a bold, complex, small-batch bourbon bottled at cask strength—114.3 proof (57.15% ABV).
The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14-Year-Old is a celebrated single malt Scotch aged in traditional oak and finished in Caribbean rum casks, delivering notes of honey, vanilla, toffee, and tropical fruit. (43% ABV)

Speakeasy Gift Cards are valid for food and beverage on-site only. Quintana’s Barber & Dream Spa Gift Cards may be used for retail and spa/barbershop services. Event tickets are not eligible for gift card redemption.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the event. Due to the nature of our preparation and staffing, tickets are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future events.
