SUMMERMUSIC2026 Concert III

On Sunday, July 19, Summermusic 2026 will conclude with "Dream Variations: Nina, Lena and Tina," a musical tribute to Nina Simone, Lena Horne and Tina Turner, inspired by the Langston Hughes's poem and featuring tremendous range of songs from Mahler and Strauss to George Gershwin and Michel Legrand. This unique program features a collaboration between Grammy winner, soprano Karen Slack and pianist Mark Markham, a longtime recital partner of the legendary Jessye Norman.
