AUGUST 12-14TH YOUTH YOGA CAMP is ➡️For ages 10-12 year olds.
(June 17-19 for ages 4-6; July 15-17 for ages 7-9).
Our mission here at the The Yoga Plant is to bring more presence, peace and joy into the lives of ALL!
Learning mind/body/spirit awareness, connection and self-love as a child is an excellent place to start

➡️Community support of our sauna fundraiser over the winter helped to keep our cost low at $20 per child for all 3 days!

Each 90 minute session, led by one of our certified yoga instructors with our lead Children’s Program instructor,
having drawn up amazing lesson plans for our camps to include:
🧘♂️ Age-appropriate, fun and creative story-building yoga sessions, which also bring about guided visualization and foster interaction!
💨 Breathwork using visualization and hands-on activities!
🎨 Time for creativity with various age-appropriate creating activities!
🖼️ Spending time in a calm, nurturing space of self-love and acceptance, The Yoga Plant where we connect with ourselves, community and nature!
