Summer day retreats in my home and garden near Beverley: energising Hatha yoga, relaxing Restorative yoga, crafts, foraging and making natural remedies. Saturdays May 25, June 22, July 20, August 17 from 10 to 4pm. Including a delicous lunch, drinks and snacks. And lots of good humour :-) £65 per day or £220 for all four days. Decades of experience and a great space to happily share.
