Summer has been full of memorable events, workshops, and special guests! So we're taking an afternoon to celebrate our community, all the good vibes the season has brought, move together, breathe together, and eat some delicious healthy treats! Our dear friend Andrea Kirkham will guest teach a class for us at 4pm under the pavilion, and music, juice, and healthy snacks will follow! Bring a mat and a yoga buddy, and come for a little or a lot. We look forward to seeing your faces outside!
