Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session at McDougall Park! Take advantage of the beautiful weather and serene surroundings as you stretch and unwind with our experienced instructors. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this event is perfect for all levels. So grab your mat, water bottle, and friends, and come enjoy some outdoor yoga with us!

We're a collective of inspired yogis that want to share the magical practice with the Calgary community - Bridgeland Yoga is here to foster joy, connection, and movement.

We are Calgary's largest volunteer-run outdoor yoga program. Classes are by donation (recommended investment is $10). RSVP not required, but encouraged.
