Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session at McDougall Park! Take advantage of the beautiful weather and serene surroundings as you stretch and unwind with our experienced instructors. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this event is perfect for all levels. So grab your mat, water bottle, and friends, and come enjoy some outdoor yoga with us!

Bridgeland Yoga is Calgary's largest volunteer-run outdoor yoga program. Classes are by donation (recommended investment is $10). RSVP not required, but encouraged.
