We are thrilled to announce the dates of our next Yoga and Ecotherapy Retreat at our favourite venue Werganrose Farm in the South Gower in July 2024.
This is a one of kind retreat with that will take place over 3 nights with 2 yoga classes a day, morning mediation, daily nature based activities, fire ceremony, an evening kirtan and delicious home cooked meals and snacks. Massages are available throughout the retreat for an extra cost. There is an outdoor spa area with hot tub under the stars and an indoor sauna. There is also wild swimming in both the lake and sea nearby which can be enjoyed in the free time outside of the schedule.
Exchange is £425 early bird price, £450 standard price and £495 for single occupancy.
