Our Summer Workshop is the perfect way to kick off 2025 with a deeper connection to your practice. Over 3 ¾ days, we’ll dive into a balanced mix of Asana, Restorative poses, Inversions, and Pranayama. We start on Friday evening with a Restorative session, helping you to recover from the week and settle in. Saturday and Sunday will feature two sessions each day, Asana in the morning and Restorative and Pranayama in the afternoon. Then on Monday, we’ll finish with a morning session to consolidate everything.There’s nothing quite like dedicating yourself to sustained practice over a long weekend to gain clarity and balance. If you’ve got an established practice and want to have some time for yourself, this one’s for you. And as always, our boutique studio setting ensures individual attention, with limited spots available.
Not in Ballarat or can’t attend in person? No problem! The workshop will be available online too.

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Asana) | 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM (Inversions, Restorative, Pranayama)
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Asana) | 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM (Inversions, Restorative, Pranayama)
Monday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Asana & Restorative)
