The dog days of summer. The blazing heat, the humidity, the...chance to sip a chilled rose wine and nibble on a chunk of briny feta with fresh tomatoes. Or a glass of refreshing white wine and a ball of richly woven mozzarella. Or...any of a million other combinations reminding us that summer is truly the best season for the foods we love!
Join food and wine educator Adam Centamore for an evening of air-conditioned merriment as you taste some of the best cheeses, condiments, and wines summer has to offer. From Europe to the States, summertime brings out the tastiest for everyone!
We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but, due to the fact that we work with small producers from around the globe, we are unable to guarantee or protect from cross contamination.
