We dare you to partake in our Wellness Photo Challenge!

Where: The Wellness Photo Challenge takes place in Toronto's West-end, along Lakeshore Boulevard West. This scenic area contains Sunnyside Park, Sir Casimir Gzowski Park, Sunnyside Beach, Budapest Park, and Marilyn Bell Park.

Why: Because we dared you!

Have a fantastic day out by taking photos of items on our challenge list, and discover the city along the lake.

It is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your overall well-being by engaging in activities that promote social wellness, physical fitness, and cognitive health. This challenge encourages you to take part in a fun experience while being surrounded by the beauty of water and nature.

When: Every day including weekends (the challenge is at your own pace), you are recommended to start at any time between 9AM to 6PM).
