About this Event
With summer approaching, it’s the perfect time to eat healthier and shed those winter pounds. Join the Graf Center team for a five-week series designed to help you achieve your summer weight-loss goals.
The series will include a mix of in-person and virtual sessions.
Series Dates
This is four-week program.

WEEK 1: Weight-loss Practices & Acupuncture

A discussion on evidence-based weight-loss practices, debunking diet culture myths, and a live acupuncture demonstration for managing cravings.
WEEK 2: Sustainable Dietary & Behavioral Changes

MAY 13

An overview of how to make realistic and sustainable dietary and behavioral changes for long-term success, including practical meal and snack ideas for everyday life.
WEEK 3: Key Factors for Weight Loss

Exploring additional factors that impact weight loss, including sleep, stress, digestion, and more.
WEEK 4: Mindful Eating & Simple Exercises
In person
MAY 27
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Combine mindful eating with simple exercises to support weight loss and overall well-being. Learn how to make healthy food choices while engaging in easy exercises that can be done at home or in the office. These moves are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and optimize weight-loss outcomes—all while staying fit, even while you sit!
