Unity Chicago's Mindfulness Summer Walking Meditation series is back! This practice is a great way to re-center mind, body, and spirit. The group starts with easy stretches on the south lawn and modifications are made for anyone who may not be able to do the walk in its entirety.
All are welcome, so spread the word and bring a friend!
Our Youth Program will open early at 9:45am on these dates for parents to join the walk, too!
We start at 10AM before Sunday service on six specific dates throughout the summer:
June 23, July 7 & 14, Aug 4 & 11
