Through a dynamic mix of active asana, cooling restorative poses, and mindful breathwork, this workshop offers a balanced approach to vitality.
Expect precise instruction, intelligent sequencing, and the supportive use of props to deepen your practice, refresh and realign mid-year. Ideal for students of all levels seeking support for back issues or other therapeutic issues as well as those who want to take time out to reconnect and deepen their practice.
One year of Iyengar Yoga experience preferred. Join us in studio or online. Recordings available to all participants for 3 weeks.

1:00pm – 3:00pm – Spinal Health & Digestion
Discover how spinal alignment influences the health of the digestive system. Through carefully sequenced asanas, learn to create space and mobility in the spine to support the vitality of the organic body.
Sunday August 30th
9:00am – 11:00am – Neck & Shoulders: Emotional Resilience and Heart-Opening
Free the upper back, neck, and shoulders to release stored tension and support emotional well-being. This healing session focuses on postures that create openness, ease, and a renewed sense of lightness.
