About this Event

Join Sonoma Land Trust for an evening hike at White Rock. White Rock is a small but iconic preserve featuring oak woodlands, open grasslands, and “White Rock,” a prominent face of silica carbonate deposited by the same geological forces that drive the geysers. We will hike about 4 miles with an elevation gain of 400'. From the peak, we will enjoy a sublime view of the setting sun over Alexander Valley.
