For more than 25 years, the Summer Sunday Festivals presented by Broomfield Council on the Arts & Humanities (BCAH) have transformed the historic Brunner Farmhouse and Gardens into one of Broomfield’s most beloved summer traditions.
These free, family-friendly festivals invite residents and visitors alike to gather for live music, interactive arts experiences, local food, and an atmosphere centered on creativity, connection, and community.
June 14
July 12
August 2
Brunner Farmhouse and Gardens: 640 Main St., Broomfield 80020
Free admission; $5 donation per family gratefully accepted
Each festival begins at 4 p.m. with an energetic mix of activities for all ages, including artisan and community vendor booths, face painting, balloon artists, lawn games, and the popular Instrument Petting Zoo hosted by the Broomfield Symphony Orchestra. Guests are encouraged to stroll the gardens, explore local creatives and businesses, and enjoy an evening designed to celebrate the arts in an accessible and welcoming way.
As the sun begins to set, the farmhouse porch becomes the stage for live outdoor concerts from 6–8 p.m., with a different featured band bringing its own unique sound to each event.
The 2026 season opens June 14 with At The Watertower, a high-energy string band known for foot-stomping rhythms, shout-along choruses, and a front-porch spirit that turns audiences into instant communities.
Guests can also enjoy local favorites The Colorado Taco Truck and The Snowy Churro serving authentic Mexican-inspired fare and sweet treats throughout the evening.
On July 12, the acclaimed Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra brings a dynamic big-band sound to the festival stage, delivering an evening of classic jazz standards, contemporary arrangements, and powerhouse musicianship.
The August 2 festival lineup will be announced soon, continuing the tradition of showcasing diverse musical talent throughout the summer season.
Festivalgoers can also enjoy a variety of food trucks and refreshments, including the ever-popular Kona Ice. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and settle in for a relaxed summer evening filled with music, art, food, and family fun.
Presented by BCAH, a nonprofit arts and culture organization serving the community since 1973, the Summer Sunday Festivals continue to highlight the power of the arts to bring people together while supporting local artists, performers, businesses, and cultural experiences.
These festivals are free; a $5 donation per family/group is gratefully accepted.
Interested vendors and performers may contact BCAH at [email protected] for participation opportunities.
Thank you to our presenting sponsor, Fowler Chevrolet, and our annual multi-event sponsor, Horizons North Credit Union.
