This summer, Wednesday nights are my stroke lab. 7:15-8:15pm or 8:15-9:15pm at Richfield. These sessions have pre-course materials, filming each night, and a specific stroke development topic each session. They're good for a range of levels, from new (but confident) swimmer, to open water and triathlete swimmers, looking for more understanding and directed stroke work in swimming. Single-session drop-ins are also available, but first, enrollment is only open for each series of five classes, including one open water basics clinic.
