SUMMER STRETCH & FLOW
About this Event
Join us for a relaxing, beginner-friendly stretch and flow class designed to help you move, breathe, and welcome the summer season. This class will focus on gentle yoga-inspired movement, mobility, flexibility, and mindful breathing in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, all experience levels are welcome.
Your instructor, Kelly Madigan, brings over 20 years of personal yoga practice and more than 1,000 hours of Yoga Alliance-certified training. While living in Costa Rica, Kelly trained in vinyasa flow, power flow, mobility work, yin yoga, senior and children's yoga, aerial yoga, breathwork, and hands-on assists. She is passionate about connecting movement with breath, improving flexibility, and creating space for peace and gratitude. Kelly looks forward to guiding and practicing alongside you as we welcome the summer season together.
Yoga mats will be provided, so there is no need to bring one unless you prefer to practice on your own mat.
