Kick off your summer with the ultimate blend of high-intensity movement and community connection at Valley Oak Park.
The Summer Strength Social is a "receipts-based" experience designed to prime your body and build your local network. Hosted by the Duncan Canyon Run Club and led by K.C. Santana, this session transitions from technical strength work to an active recovery 5K, finishing with a premium social hour.
We believe in proof of work. We’re moving outdoors for a session that challenges your stability, explosive power, and endurance. This event is scalable and inclusive for all fitness levels—whether you are a seasoned hybrid athlete or a parent looking to get moving with the family.
Note: We will be working on the grass and mats are not required for this session!

Meet Your Lead
K.C. Santana is a mom of 3 and hybrid athlete with nearly two decades of experience in the fitness and corporate sectors. As a lead of the Duncan Canyon Run Club, she focuses on building "receipts-based" community experiences that blend functional strength with authentic connection.
The Itinerary
• 09:00 AM | Meet & Greet: Check-in, grab your spot, and meet the DCRC community.
• 09:30 AM | Mobility & Strength Circuit: A 45–60 minute full-body session .
• 10:30 AM | The 5K Community Walk: A 3.1-mile recovery loop through Fontana. Weighted vests, strollers, and pups are highly encouraged!
• 11:15 AM | The Special Hour Brunch: Refuel at our signature Post-Workout Grazing Table.
