Summer Strength & Conditioning
This is a great opportunity to get your middle and high school children hands on guidance and coaching from our amazing coaching staff.
Camp attendees will gain lifelong knowledge and confidence! Each week we will lead our camps through a comprehensive strength training plan that will teach them how to training and build their bodies up, not just for sports but for life!
Camps consist of 5 training days each week, 3 weight room days and 2 conditioning/ running mechanics days.

We teach them how to Run!
Camps are each 1 week in length. This gives your child the flexibility to attend the camps your schedule allows. No more throwing your summer away with your kids actives!
During most weeks we offer both a Morning (8:30-9:30am) and Evening (4-5pm)
