Sink into a deeply restorative summer sound bath designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect. During this
immersive experience, you’ll be guided through layers of
soothing sound created with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan
bowls, hand-pan drum, and other calming instruments.
The session is intentionally quiet and meditative, allowing
the sounds and vibrations to support nervous system
relaxation, emotional release, inner stillness, and energetic
balance. Participants are encouraged to come comfortable
and cozy, bringing anything that will help them fully rest
throughout the experience.
Each participant will receive a handmade lavender eye mask
and a summer-inspired crystal to take home
