This summer, we’re turning up the volume on your midweek movement with Summer Sound & Sweat — a themed wellness series where music meets movement at the beautiful Omni Las Colinas.

Each class draws inspiration from an upcoming Live Nation concert, blending beats, breath, and bold energy to get you sweating and vibing. Whether you’re down to hit the mat or prefer a breezy stroll, we’ve got a spot for you:

Choose between:
🧘‍♀️ A 45-minute themed fitness class led by top local instructors

OR
🚶‍♀️ Join the crew for a guided walk along the Mandalay Canal

🕡 Check-in opens at 6:30 PM
🧘 Class + Walk begin at 7:00 PM sharp
