Honor the longest and lightest day of the year and the transition to summer with the yogic tradition of doing 108 sun salutations on the Summer Solstice. Polly will incorporate flowing transitions, breath-to-movement connections, meditation, and intention-setting into this energizing practice. All levels are welcome!
This special offering will be held at Annette Brand Park and will include a gathering after class to meet other yogis from the LoCo Yoga community.
