Summer Solstice Yoga with Melanie

Immerse yourself in this solstice practice for all levels! Move mindfully through a moderately-paced 45-minute flow honoring the traditional practice of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). Flowing movement will ease into 15 minutes of meditation and end with a 30-minute restorative yoga practice.
Bring 2 blankets or large towels for use during the restorative portion. The studio has all other items available to borrow free of charge.
