In-Person Class

For those that are looking for a moment to pause, reflect, and ground during the busy summer season. This class is for all levels, beginners are welcome. A mix of Hatha and gentle flow with a focus on mindfulness, breath, longer holds, grounding, and finding strength from within. After the asana practice, sink into a gentle sound bath and guided meditation to close. Summer can be a time of busy-ness, action, and fire, but the Summer Solstice represents the transition from action to nourishment, from intention to gratitude. This practice invites you to stay grounded and connected to your center, find strength in stillness, reconnect to your inner light, and shine it brightly forward. Limited yoga mats available, blankets will be provided, please bring anything else to assist you in your practice, and come well-digested.
