Summer Solstice Yoga at Norbut Farm

Welcome in the Summer Season on the most light-filled day of the year. Enjoy a slow flow style yoga class at Norbut Farms in Spencerport, NY. As we move from pose to pose we'll bring in the warmth and energy of the sun, emersing ourselves with nature so that we can truly embrace all that this season has to offer.

After class, there will be time to relax, mingle, and wander the farm, greenhose, and visit the farm animals while sipping on a tropical farm tea sourced from the greenhouse and gardens.

All classes are beginner-friendly.

Please bring a mat or towel to practice on. Placing a towel under your mat may also be a good idea if you'd like to ensure your mat stays clean.

This class will take place outside. Wearing layers, sunscreen, and sunglasses is recommended.
