As the sun reaches its peak and we celebrate the longest day of the year, we invite you to join us in a space where ocean, movement, and vibration meet.
🧘♀️ Begin your evening with a sacred Yin Yoga practice - gentle, grounding postures to open the body, release tension, and invite stillness.
🎶 Then, surrender into a deep Sound Healing journey, with the ocean as your backdrop, as soothing vibrations guide you inward - balancing energy, expanding awareness, and anchoring your intentions for the new season ahead.
