J.L. will open and close the practice with live sound healing, letting resonance settle into the body before movement begins and carry you out gently when it ends. Rosa will guide you through a deep yin and restorative practice, offering long-held shapes and supported rest designed to soften the places where you've been holding on. Sound and stillness work together here, and the body knows what to do with both.
