Join us in honoring the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year — with a balancing practice designed to awaken energy, create space, and guide you back to center.Summer Solstice Yang & Yin is a 90-minute experience blending heat-building movement with grounding restorative stillness. We’ll begin with intentional Yang-inspired flow to energize the body and awaken vitality before transitioning into nourishing Yin postures, deep release, breath, and rest.
This practice is designed to help you reconnect to yourself through movement, stillness, and presence while embracing the vibrant energy of the season.
