The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and marks a sacred turning point that invites us into fullness, radiance, and expansion.

This is the season of being seen, taking up space, and letting go of what’s been quietly growing inside you finally come into the light.

If you’ve been craving momentum, clarity, joy, or the courage to move on what you know is meant for you, this ceremony is your invitation to stop dimming and start shining.

This 3-hour group experience is designed to help you clear stagnant energy, reconnect to your life force, and align with the version of you that is ready for more. We’ll blend guided breathwork and Reiki with an intentional plate-smashing ritual to break through hesitation, self-doubt, and anything keeping you small.

The Summer Solstice asks one question: what becomes possible when you fully let yourself burn bright?

This is a consent-centered space. Everything is invitational. You choose your level of intensity.

• Ceremony overview + Summer Solstice framing (a grounded breakdown of the solstice as a portal for growth, visibility, abundance, and aligned action)
• Breathwork + Reiki healing journey (move & release stuck energy in the body)
• Journaling + integration circle (what you’re releasing + what you’re claiming)
• Plate writing + smashing ritual (break through fear, hesitation, and old limits while calling in expansion, joy, and your next level this season)
