Join Nicky for some Dru Yoga and a mindful walk of the Labyrinth on the morning of the Summer Solstice.We will practice the Salutation to the Sun or Surya Namaskar to celebrate and harness the energy of the sun.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to stay hydrated.
