Join Tracy + your Studio 108 community for an early morning outdoor practice.We will welcome the sun on his longest day with exercises, breath work, meditations + commUNITY.
Meet us on the field to the south of the studio. Parking is available at Dollar Bank.
Bring your mat, a block, blanket(s) + dress for the weather.
Yogi tea will be provided.
In the event of rain, we will practice in the studio.
