Summer Solstice Soundbath~ Sound Frequency + Movement

Join us on JUNE 20th from 6:30–8:30pm at Emerge Modern Salon for an evening of deep relaxation, solar activation, and energetic renewal.

We’ll begin with gentle, nervous-system–regulating movement and breath practices, intentionally designed to help you settle into your body, soften stress, and activate the solar energtic center. These practices are accessible, supportive, and appropriate for all levels of experience—no prior movement, yoga, or breathwork experience is needed.

From there, you’ll be guided into a 50-minute immersive sound bath featuring Himalayan crystal bowls and other sound and vibrational healing instruments. The resonant frequencies and soothing tones work on a cellular level to calm the mind, release energetic blockages, and promote heart opening—inviting you to attune to SOLAR POWER frequencies.

This experience offers a sacred space to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself in a nurturing and welcoming environment. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, open-hearted, and deeply restored.

Megan Hubbell is a certified Sound Therapist with 27 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. As a Master Esthetician, Megan has dedicated her career to nurturing both inner and outer well-being.

Her journey into the world of sound therapy is a natural extension of her passion for studying frequencies, vibrations, and their impact on the emotional and physical body. Through her sound baths, Megan creates transformative experiences that invite deep relaxation, harmony, and renewal of mind, body, and spirit.

Though a self-described homebody, Megan cherishes time in the Colorado mountains, where breathing in the fresh air, taking road trips, and spending time with loved ones bring her the greatest joy.

Ivy Overby is a certified and trauma-informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator, 200 RYT Radiant Body Yoga teacher, and trained in Kundalini Rebirthing (100 hr). She is also certified in Ancestral Healing (60 hr, with Thomas Hübl) and Sylvotherapy (Japanese forest bathing).

With over 32 years as a conscious business owner, hairdresser, and natural skincare formulator, Ivy brings creativity, presence, and embodied wisdom into all she does. She empowers others through Embodied Self-Leadership, the path of 12-step recovery, and practices of collective consciousness.

A devoted Kriyavan and Kundalini yoga practitioner, Ivy is passionate about using the power of breath and movement to connect deeply with the energetic body.

A Colorado native, she treasures her 3 cats, 2 kids, and husband, and loves traveling, soaking in natural hot springs, and spending time in the mountains.
