Summer Solstice Soundbath

Celebrate the Summer Solstice with an immersive, nature-infused soundbath designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Gently guided by Dante, this experience draws on the energy of the season while grounding you through a rich, layered soundscape of crystal and metal singing bowls. As the tones wash over you, you’ll be invited into deep rest, allowing your body and mind to soften, release, and realign.

No experience is necessary! Just come as you are.

What to Bring

• Yourself
• Comfortable clothing
• Any personal items that help you relax (journal, eye mask, etc.)
• The studio also has mats, blankets and bolsters.

This is a quiet, restorative experience. We invite you to arrive on time, get comfortable, and settle into the space.

This is a low-movement, floor-based experience. Chair seating will be available for those who prefer or require it. Please let us know if you have additional accessibility needs.
