Summer Solstice marks the beginning of the season of the sun that lasts until the harvest in September. Summer solstice is a time of abundance, vitality, clarity, renewal, and new beginnings. It is the perfect time to set intentions and to embrace our own inner light as we collectively honor the radiant light and energy of the sun and the bounty it brings during this season.

Join Alison for a meditative sound journey intentionally focused on the energies of the Summer Solstice flowing through the mystical sounds of multiple gongs and various other instruments.

Alison creates a uniquely focused, physically and energetically safe container for a live, collective, vibrational, and intentional sound experience for each Sound Journey. Allow yourself to relax and absorb the healing energy of sound to soothe, restore, and balance your mind, body and spirit.

LOCATION & PARKING

The Sacred Sound Journey will be atThe Blend Wellness Center 1201 International Parkway, Suite 500, Richardson. There is plenty of free parking in venue parking lot.

TIME

• 3:45pm - Doors open for Check-in and to settle into your space.
• 3:55pm - Opening & Introductions
• 4:00pm - Sound Begins

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat, blanket, pillow, and other items you may require for your comfort. You are welcome to bring a folding chair if needed

WHAT TO EXPECT

When you arrive you will check-in, remove your shoes and locate your space in the room. Everyone is encouraged to get settled into their space being mindful of others. Turn-off or silence your cellphone/watches. Then you may relax, meditate or engage in quiet conversation.

Alison will lead the Opening & Introductions. She will set the tone and prepare everyone for the collective journey. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during this section.

The Sound will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

DEVICE FREE EVENT

All devices must be turned-off, silenced, and put away during this event.

RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHY

Energetically this is a live non-mediated experience. Therefore, recording (audio or video) and photography will not be permitted during the entirety of this event from entry to the sound space until the conclusion of the journey.
