This meditative and healing experience will guide you through waves of sound using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, a gong, and chimes. Let the soothing vibrations help you release, realign, and embrace the transformative energy of the season.
Please come prepared to lay comfortably in shavasana and bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket if you have one. Other restorative props will be available in-studio including blankets, bolsters, blocks and eye pillows.
