Join Wendy Schmitt for a Summer Solstice Sound Bath & Ritual held on the outdoor deck at River Sol overlooking the river.

As the longest day of the year gives way to golden evening light, we gather to honor the sacred turning point of Solstice. Spring was the courtship. Now comes the union of Sun and Moon. A time to rededicate ourselves to life so that more life may be given.

With open sky above and the steady movement of water below, you’re invited into a space where the body can soften and the senses awaken. Nature itself becomes part of the experience as light, sound, river, wind, and stillness weave together beneath the summer sky.

Guided inquiry, intentional movement, breathwork, ritual, and Yoga Nidra prepare the body and mind for deeper rest and receptivity.

Through a layered soundscape of alchemy crystal bowls, gong, handpan, chimes, looping, and synthesizer, this offering unfolds as a living field of sound supporting reflection, renewal, and reconnection.

Held at the still point of Solstice, this evening becomes an invitation to pause and immerse in the space where the visible and invisible begin to merge.

This experience is held at River Sol, a home in deep relationship with the land, recently recognized as “Living Certified” through the International Living Future Institute, exceeding all Living Building Challenge standards and considered one of the most sustainable homes in the world.

This is an outdoor experience held on a deck overlooking the river.

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space

• Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, pillow/bolster, sunscreen and layers for comfort

• Parking is available at Pioneer Park, followed by a short walk along the river to the space(approximately 8 minute walk)

• A portable restroom will be available nearby

• This is an outdoor event. In the case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, the event may be canceled and refunds will be issued.
