Event itinerary:
30 min Sunshine Yoga in the Yard
Potluck & Poolside Hangout
Sunset Sound Bath & meditation — option to float in the pool or relax poolside
Please Bring:
A potluck dish to share
A yoga mat (or borrow one of ours)
A bathing suit or wear clothing you don’t mind getting wet
Energy Exchange: $33 — we ask that you send payment to hold your spot as space is limited. We accept Venmo, PayPal, cash or check.
