☀️Celebrate the longest day of sunlight, the Summer Solstice, with an intentional day retreat on the water. ⛵️We’ll sail together on a private boat leaving from Cape Harbour in Cape Coral heading to a secluded beach (near Lover's Key) where yoga, conscious breath, sound and spacious moments of stillness invite deep connection with nature and self.
💛This solstice retreat honors reflection, gratitude, and renewal—offering time to bask in the sun’s energy, release what no longer serves, and align with the abundance of the season ahead!

✨️Limited to 8 people. Pre-registration required. We will be leaving from Cape Harbour Marina in Cape Coral.
✨️Energy Exchange $200 non-refundable if cancellation made 10 days prior to the retreat.
✨️In the case of inclement weather the retreat will be rescheduled. If you can't attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be issued.
