⛵️We’ll sail together on a private boat leaving from Cape Harbour in Cape Coral heading to a secluded beach (near Lover's Key) where yoga, conscious breath, sound and spacious moments of stillness invite deep connection with nature and self.
💛This solstice retreat honors reflection, gratitude, and renewal—offering time to bask in the sun’s energy, release what no longer serves, and align with the abundance of the season ahead!

✨️Non-refundable if cancellation made 10 days prior to the retreat.
✨️In the case of inclement weather the retreat will be rescheduled. If you can't attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be issued.
