At the height of the light, when the earth is in full expression, we gather for a weekend of awareness, self inquiry, nature immersion, and deep restoration.
This is a soft place to land.
A place to slow down enough to hear yourself, to remember that self awareness is not an abstract idea, but a practice.
Together we will explore insight, embodiment, shadow, resonance, and the art of knowing thyself.
Through 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐝 in 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬, and the 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡, we will work with awareness as a lived experience.

Held on 38 acres of forest and riverside beauty at 𝐋𝐚 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐤, each participant has their own private cabin with electricity, offering both solitude and community in balance.
