Summer Retreat to celebrate Litha
Come and join me and other Yogis to celebrate the Summer Solstice on Saturday June 20th in Knaresborough. As we reach the height of summer, we pause to reflect and nurture.
Meeting at Chain Lane Community Hub in Knaresborough from 9.45am to 12.15pm for a morning of meditation, reflection, gentle yoga, pranayama and rest, along with homemade cakes. Spaces are limited so booking is essential. The cost is £35.
