Then we’ll move gently into a soothing sound journey and meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that resonate through mind, body and spirit. Throughout the soundscape, Reiki energy will be shared intuitively to support emotional release, balance, and inner radiance.

How to Prepare: Please refrain from eating, or eat lightly 2 hours prior. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but please bring anything else that will assist your comfort such as a thicker mat, eye mask, pillow, water, journal and pen.
