Summer Solstice Picnic at the River

Join us in celebrating the warmth, abundance, and light of the Summer Solstice with a relaxed gathering by the river.
This is a great location for all ages! There is a grassy area for picnic blankets and chairs, a small beach, and the water ranges from ankle deep to chest high on adults. Feel free to bring whatever you need for the day - picnic lunch or snacks, life jackets, swimsuit towels, beach toys, floaties, chairs/blankets, sunblock, etc. Please no alcohol when considering drinks. There is a nearby bathroom if needed.
There’s no formal agenda, just an open invitation to gather and enjoy a nourishing day in nature together! Feel free to show up earlier or stay longer.
After you park, you can walk towards the river and you cross a pedestrian bridge over the river. There's a large willow tree that provides nice shade, and we can grab some grassy spots around there!
