Summer Solstice Mini-Retreat

Come and let the warmth of the sun awaken your soul!

A mini-retreat in the beautiful woodland at Buzzards Valley to celebrate the peak energy of summer, immersing ourselves in nature, embracing the beauty that surrounds us and connecting with the deep sense of abundance within us.

What's included:

Uplifting yoga flow

Create an intention jar

Drinks and snacks

Cacao ceremony

Ecstatic barefoot dance

Grounding meditation

What to bring:

Wear something comfortable for movement.

Yoga Mat (maybe bring a towel for underneath as we will be out in the woods!)

Yoga Bolster (if you don't have one, you can place 2 pillows in one pillowcase; this works well!) or cushions and blankets (mainly for your comfort as we’ll be sitting on the floor & outside. Feel free to bring a camping chair to sit on, if sitting on the ground for long periods is not comfortable for you).

Bottle of water. Travel mug/ reusable cup for hot drinks.

*Please note that cacao can be mildly stimulating (but less so than caffeine), so please keep this in mind if you are on any medication or you have any health conditions or concerns.
