I am delighted to host this beautiful meditation in private woods near Beccles again!🌳 You are invited to join me on a slow 10 minute walk into the heart of the woods, where we will spend some time quietly meditating, listening to the sounds of the woods, the birds, the trees and maybe a visit from the resident deer 🦌
🌳 There will be time to have a little wander on your own and hug a tree or two!
🌳 We will then make our way slowly back along a different path feeling renewed, refreshed, grounded and connected to nature
🍃 START TIME 3.30pm and we aim to finish approximately 4.30pm
🍃 PLEASE NOTE, this is nature so the ground will be uneven, so sensible footwear advised
🍃 WHAT TO BRING: Whatever you can carry! You are welcome to bring a fold up chair, cushion, mat, blanket, although please be aware you will be laying on the floor so don’t bring anything special!
Please bring your own drink, sunscreen if needed, any allergy/hay-fever medication if taken
🌳 PRICE £10 per person payable on the day
As this event is weather dependent, please keep everything crossed for a dry sunny day!
