In Summer, our spirits come alive, filled with joy and vitality. The Summer Solstice amplifies this energy—a magical time for meditation and tuning into our deeper selves. This workshop is crafted to align our bodies, minds, and hearts with the essence and elements of Summer.

• 🌀 Dive into meditations, guided visualizations, and transformative breathwork to connect with the Summer season and fill up your cup.
• 🔍 Explore the numerology, moon cycles, and astrology of the moment.
• 🎶 Experience sound healing with a deeply restorative Gong sound immersion by Dee Maurice
