As you settle comfortably, our expert meditation guide , Giselle, she will lead you through a gentle meditation practice, guiding your mind to stillness and helping you align with the essence of Summer Solstic and nature. You'll be encouraged to release any stagnant energy, cultivate gratitude, and set positive intentions for the season ahead.

As you lie comfortably on your yoga mat, wrapped in a cozy blanket and supported by a pillow, you will allow the soothing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments to wash over your body.
