Light & Consciousness AwakeningJoin us for a special 90-minute Kundalini Yoga class in honor of the Summer Solstice — the longest, most luminous day of the year.
On June 20th at 3:00 pm, we will gather to honor the light within and around us through a rich, all-levels practice that weaves together kriya, pranayama, mantra, chanting, meditation, and deep relaxation. This class is designed to awaken your highest consciousness, expand your radiance, and send you into the season rooted in your own inner light.
