As the season turns and summer begins to unfold, I’d love to invite you to join me for a gentle morning on the beach of movement, meditation, sea air and community.This Summer Solstice Gathering is a slower, more grounded way to welcome the season together through yoga, intention setting, creativity and connection by the sea.
Together we’ll move through a nourishing yoga flow, guided meditation and reflection, before creating a collaborative beach mandala using natural objects, flowers and seasonal offerings.
There’ll be time for connection, an optional sea dip, and a shared seasonal breakfast of herbal tea, fruit and homemade treats as we soak up the energy of the morning.
You’re warmly invited to bring a small natural offering for the mandala or something seasonal to contribute to the breakfast table if you’d like to.
This gathering is for you if you’re craving:
